Shine Africa Rehabilitation Center - Uganda (SARC) is a registered nonprofit and nonpolitical indigenous national nongovernmental organization. The organization’s head office is currently located in Bweyale, Kiryandongo District, Mid-western Uganda. The organization was formed in 2018 as an informal community based organization and was later transformed into an indigenous Civil Society Organization.
